MTA OMNY Cards unfair

I found out that only people who are 65 and older are eligible for the Reduced-Fare OMNY Cards before people with disabilities who are younger than 65. I do NOT accept that answer. I say that the MTA steps up and allows people with disabilities, both you AND old receive Reduced-Fare OMNY Cards.
